One app. One membership. Two doors — and everything inside is a working system, not a thing to read. The Fortress checks, teaches, builds, lets people practice, walks them through, and scores — and every result lands in your own member record, on your own device, for you to keep.
Machine translation by Google Translate. Where a law, price, or office differs by place, every program sends you to your own place's official source.
Plain statements, first
The Fortress is its owner's own company, standing on its own door. Everything in it — every system, room, and record — is the Fortress's own, made for the Fortress.
Every credential on the owner's wall works here. All 102 subjects stand behind Fortress systems that members use — nothing on the wall is decoration, and nothing is held back from the work.
Everything is virtual. No installs, no one goes to anyone's home or business — every system runs inside the app, on the member's own devices.
Training and teaching here are education only — never legal advice, never medical advice. Safety training is awareness and preparedness teaching, and a completion record is a record of training taken here — never a state license or certification.
Calm by design. Dark, quiet screens. No flashing, no strobing, no sudden bright changes, no autoplay. Every step shows what happens next, in plain words, before anyone chooses it.
One membership, two doors
One membership opens the whole Fortress. Homes come through one door, businesses through the other — and every system inside works the same way: it does the work itself, on a monthly rhythm, and keeps its own records as it goes.
The whole structure on one page, top to bottom. Every system designed for the Fortress stands in its place below — open any name to go straight to the working program.
1 · One membership, two doors
Door One — For Homes and Door Two — For Businesses. Everything inside the Fortress is reached through these two doors and the one membership — there is no other way in and nothing is sold anywhere else. Companies that want the whole Fortress for their people take the yearly Company Plan.
2 · My Fortress — the center
Find Your Tool points you to the right program; Build My Fortress Plan turns your priorities into tracked steps; and the Member Record is the spine — every checkup score, training completion, log, and built document from every program is written into it as you work.
3 · The programs do the work
Door One carries the Checkup System (all three checks), the Secured Network & Public Wi-Fi Shield, Owner-Only Unlock, the two Navigators, the home Builder Tools, and the Course Rooms. Door Two carries the Training System With Records, Website Watch with all fifteen watches, the Assessments, the business Builder Tools, the Practice Simulators, the Crisis System, and the business systems — Program Builder, Board Room, Vendor Check, Team System, Clear Decision Builder, and Communications Strategy Builder.
4 · The credentials power the programs
Every program stands on named credentials the owner earned — 145 certificates across 102 subjects, plus verified additions. The full credentials wall names every one and shows which program each one powers, so the structure is visible: nothing in the Fortress floats free of the training behind it.
5 · Owner-Only Unlock — and where it also lives
The Owner-Only Unlock was designed inside the Locked-Out Program — the identity-side program for people locked out by identity theft (find what is blocking you → get your reports free → build your proof packet → dispute with built letters → freeze and lock the doors → second doors that are open now → a record that travels with you → each door marked open). The phone at the heart of that program — safety buttons that work without unlocking, built-in lifeline, Owner-Only Unlock — travels with it. Here in the Fortress, the same unlock is a member program in Door One, and its cascade checklist stands inside the program below.
6 · The designs she holds
Beyond the working programs, the Fortress holds designs the owner sells as designs — chief among them the Air Safety Design, marked plainly as a future design: she designs it; the authorities who buy it build and run it themselves. The Fortress never operates it.
7 · One payment structure
Everything earns the same way: the one membership through the two doors, and the yearly Company Plan for organizations. The payment structure is set out in its own section — plainly, and with nothing hidden in it.
How the Fortress runs
The whole loop, in order — stated exactly as the tools on this page work. Every program runs on your own device, in your own record. Nothing here runs in the background, and nothing watches or messages you on its own: you open a tool, you work it, and the record it writes is yours.
1
You join, inside the appOne membership opens both doors. Payment is handled by the payment company — no card numbers ever touch the Fortress itself. The payment structure is set out in its own section below.
2
The app settles you in, by tapsA few calm questions — home or business, what you need — and Find Your Tool points you to the right program. What happens next is shown at every step.
3
You run the systems, on a monthly rhythmEach month you re-run your checkups, work the next training, and re-check your website fingerprint. The rhythm is the protection — the tools are built so a full round takes minutes, not hours.
4
Your member record holds the proofEvery score, completion, log, and built document is written into your member record as you work — on this device, in this session. Copy it or download it whenever you want a copy that stays with you.
5
If payment stops, access closesNo chasing, no letters. Join again at any time and the doors reopen the same way.
6
The owner directs from the topThe Fortress is run by its owner alone. The systems on this page do the teaching, checking, building, and record-keeping in the member's hands; her hand is on the design, the standards, and the doors.
My Fortress — build your foundation here
This is not a guide to read. This is the working center of the Fortress: three tools — one finds the right tool for the problem in front of you, one builds your own Fortress plan step by step and tracks it as you work it, and one is your member record, the spine every program writes into. Nothing you type here leaves your device, and nothing is saved when you close the page.
Tool 1 — Find Your Tool
Answer three questions. The Fortress points you to the one working program that fits — and opens it for you.
What happens next:Choose an answer for each question, then tap “Find my tool.” Your tool appears below with a button that takes you straight to it, already open.
Tool 2 — Build My Fortress Plan
Tap the things you want your Fortress to hold for you. The builder turns them into your own ordered plan — steps you can work and mark done, plus a copy you can keep.
What happens next:Add your name if you like, tap your priorities, then tap “Build my plan.” Your steps appear in the order to work them. Mark each one done as you finish it — the plan keeps count.
My priorities — tap to include
Copied.
Tool 3 — My Member Record
The spine of the Fortress. As you work any program on this page — a checkup score, a training completion, an assessment, a log, a built document — its result is written here, in order, with the date. This record lives in this page while it is open, on your device only. Copy it or download it to keep it.
What happens next:Work any program, then come back — its result will be listed here. Nothing is sent anywhere, and closing the page clears the record, so take your copy before you close.
Your record is empty for now. The first program you finish will write its first entry.
Copied.
The programs — open one and use it
Every system named on this page is built below as a working program, in its door. Tap a name to jump straight to it and open it. Nothing here needs an install, and nothing you type leaves your device.

Find Your Tool — answer three questions, get taken to the right working program
For individuals and families. Protection and know-how that keep working every month — not files to read once and forget.
The Checkup SystemThree checks, run by you in the app, each keeping its record: Check One compares what is on your phone against what was on it from the factory and sorts everything into three piles; Check Two logs behavior that is out of the ordinary — restarts, strange messages, one-digit-off callers, ghost entries; Check Three examines your voicemail — transcript truth, the wave check, forwarding, and the test codes. Plus the twelve-question scored checkup that walks each fix one tap at a time. It covers phishing, malware, social engineering, privacy protection, and scam-call and scam-text risks, in plain words — on your device, in your record.Stands behind it: Cybersecurity Foundations (×3); the Cybersecurity Awareness set — AI, Malware, Phishing Attacks, IoT Devices, Protect Your Privacy, Social Engineering, Terminology; The Cybersecurity Threat Landscape; Wireless Networking: Advanced Troubleshooting; Nest Secure; and Twilio Essentials Units 1 and 2, the training behind the app's own text and voice alerts.
Her Secured Network & the Public Wi-Fi ShieldHer own private network, carried through the app over whatever connection you already have. The Public Wi-Fi Shield program below walks you through raising the shield before you join a café, airport, hotel, or library network: the right network name checked letter for letter, auto-join turned off, the encrypted path first, the sign-in page checked before it is trusted, and the network forgotten when you leave. Five small steps, worked by you in the app every time — that habit is the protection.Stands behind it: Wireless Networking: Advanced Troubleshooting, the Cybersecurity Awareness set, and her Mobile Expert and Own Our Network years.
Owner-Only UnlockA way into your phone that belongs to you alone — no PIN for anyone to watch you type, and no fingerprint, face, or eye scan that can be copied, lifted, or used without you. You choose your own picture-words, in your own order; the tiles shuffle every time, so the pattern never sits in the same place twice, and the key lives only in your memory — it is never typed as numbers and never stored as a body scan. Below, you can set your key and practice it here until it is yours. How the law treats device access differs by place, so the program states that plainly and gives no legal advice. And help is never behind the lock: in the full system, the safety and emergency paths stay reachable even while the phone is locked.Stands behind it: Cybersecurity Awareness: Protect Your Privacy, Cybersecurity Foundations, and her Mobile Expert years.
Phone & Plan Smarts NavigatorAn interactive plan chooser that matches a device and plan to the person who will use it and shows the true cost before anyone signs — plus a lease-end tracker (return, buy, or upgrade, with the maths done and reminders before the deadline) and a warranty tracker that keeps warranty, insurance, and return windows straight, and walks you through rescuing your data before a swap.Stands behind it: her Mobile Expert years and the full 2018 training set — Rate Plans, Devices Parts 1 and 2, End of Lease Training, Warranty Exchange — taught as transferable skill only.
Getting Through the System NavigatorFor moving through government offices, agencies, permits, and paperwork: pick your situation, and the system shows the steps in order for your own place, tracks what is done, and reminds you of what comes next — with a “what happens next” at every step. Process guidance in plain words; education only, never legal advice.Stands behind it: How to Get Stuff Done Inside Bureaucracies, and a working life of navigating systems with no help.
Builder ToolsAnswer plain questions by tapping, and the tool builds the finished thing on your own device: a creator media kit, an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) plan, a used-car inspection you work through at the car before you buy, and a social media starter system for your own work. You leave with the thing itself, made — not instructions for making it.Stands behind it: Create Your Creator Media Kit Using Canva Pro; Designing and Planning Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs); Automotive Technology; Social Media Marketing Foundations.
Course RoomsInteractive teaching inside the app — lessons you read or hear read aloud, each skill then practiced with tap-through exercises and feedback: Communicating with Confidence; the Speaker's Rooms; the Creator Rooms; How Messaging & Voice Systems Work, on the Twilio ground the Checkup's line checks stand on; the Home Network Doctor, the deep version of the Wi-Fi teaching; the music rooms — Releasing & Promoting Your Music, the Business Side of a Band, and the Artist's Business Room; Healthy Plate, everyday nutrition education; Car Basics; Home & Living Know-How; and the four Career Rooms — Cybersecurity Careers & Certifications, IT Service Desk Careers, Land Your First Cybersecurity Job, and Building Your Cybersecurity Talent Pipeline. Self-paced, always there, in the order you choose.Stands behind it: the Communications & Public Relations set; Twilio Essentials Units 1 and 2; Wireless Networking: Advanced Troubleshooting; Releasing and Promoting Your Music and Music Law: Managing a Band's Business (education only, never legal advice); the CHOICES nutrition certificate; her Automotive Technology training; and the Home & Living credentials.

Program — The Checkup System
Answer twelve plain questions about your phone, computer, Wi-Fi, and connected devices. The program scores you, then walks each fix one at a time until it passes.
What happens next:Answer each question honestly — Yes, Partly, or Not yet. Nothing is sent anywhere. Then tap “See my score” and the program lines up your fixes in order.
Answer all twelve to get your score.
Your checkup score
Your fixes, one at a time
The three checks — the full Checkup System
What happens next:The scored checkup above is the monthly round. Below it stand the three deep checks, each with its own working walk. Each one writes its result into your member record.
Check One — The Factory Compare
First: what your device can show directly. Work this list on your own phone — each item is a setting that invites intrusion when it is left open.
Second: the three piles. Below are things a phone can hold. For each one, tap where it belongs — Factory (it came on the phone), Mine (you put it there yourself), or Doesn't belong (you cannot account for it). Practice here; then do the same walk through your real phone, one screen at a time.
Your three piles
The leftover pile is labeled exactly as it should be: what is left over — neither factory nor yours — could be a virus or a potential hack. Never a false certainty, and never a false clean bill either. Show the leftover pile to a trusted repair professional, and keep it in your record.
Check Two — Out-of-the-Ordinary Behavior
Five parts, one behavior record. Count what your phone has done that it should not do — the counters and the log below keep the history.
Part A — The phone acting on its own. Count the times your phone shut off, restarted, or froze by itself — without you doing it.
Shut off by itself0
Forced restart0
Froze or acted outside its ordinary pattern0
Part B — Messages that don't match the person. Tap each shape you have seen in your messages. Suspicious shapes get pulled out and counted.
Part C — The counts, checked against the public record. For the numbers that came in, enter what your phone and the public listings say. Public complaint and review listings for a number (for example, the reviews people post publicly about it) tell you what the public has already reported — check the number in your phone's own spam tools and in public listings, then enter the counts here.
Part D — The One-Digit-Off Pattern. A caller you block who returns from the same number one digit off — again and again — is repetitive intent: one determined caller stepping around the block. Group your blocked numbers into their family here: type the numbers you have blocked, one per line, and the tool groups the ones that differ by a single digit.
Part E — Ghost entries: duplicates and silent arrivals. A call or text that shows twice, back to back, when there was no second call — the duplicate appears on its own. And arrivals that are simply there in the log afterward: no ring, no sound, no vibration either, and the phone was not on silent — an arrival the phone was set to announce, that announced nothing. Read in this program as a silent alert: a sign someone may be trying to reach into the phone.
Duplicate entries — the same call or text shown twice, with no second call or text0
Silent arrivals — present in the log, never rang, sounded, or vibrated, phone not on silent0
Check Two — behavior record
Check Three — Voicemail, and the Transcript Truth Check
Work one voicemail at a time. Everything for that one message — words, wave, conditions, buttons, forwarding — is read together, the way the whole picture should be read.
1 · Transcript truth. Listen to the real audio. Write what the person actually said, then what the transcript claims.
2 · The wave check. The signal at the moment the message was left, and the voice's wave pattern against that caller's ordinary pattern. A changed pattern is evidence of a difference to be looked at — a mimicked voice, interference, or a tap on the line can show this way — flagged with the signal reading beside it, never dressed up as more proof than it is.
3 · Conditions record.
The shared-line alert: if the conditions record shows a second presence in the audio — breathing, a voice, movement that belongs to neither party — that is flagged here in this voicemail's record, and the recording itself is the evidence to keep and show. The check works on recordings you lawfully hold; your own place's recording rule is the one that governs, and the program sends you to it.
4 · The button check — in sequence. In your voicemail, press each option in order and mark whether it did what it is supposed to do. A delete that will not delete — the message stays, the options feel hidden — stands in this record as a line-interference flag, beside this same message's wave and signal readings.
5 · Forwarding, holds, and the test codes. Is anything holding or rerouting this line — set by you, or turned on without you? Vacation holds route calls just like forwarding does, so the check reads them as one picture. Dial each code on your phone and record what it shows. Codes vary by carrier and country — your own carrier is the official source for what a result means on your line.
*#21#Shows whether calls are forwarded unconditionally — all calls, all the time — and to what number.
*#62#Shows forwarding when your phone is unreachable — off, or out of service.
*#67#Shows forwarding when your line is busy.
*#61#Shows forwarding when a call goes unanswered. This is commonly your voicemail route — a number here is normal when it is your own carrier's voicemail box, and a flag only when it is not.
##002#Cancels ALL forwarding. Use with care: on some carriers it also clears the legitimate voicemail route — re-check your voicemail afterward.
*#06#Shows your phone's IMEI — keep it in your record for theft reports.
Voicemail record — kept in your member record
Why these three checks exist, in one line: phones can arrive compromised, lines can be shared or rerouted without their owner, and transcripts can say what was never said. The checks make each of those visible — in the owner's own record.
Between checkups: if a message or call ever pressures you to act fast — a locked account, a prize, a payment due in an hour — stop. Real banks and agencies do not rush you. That pause is the protection.
Program — Her Secured Network & the Public Wi-Fi Shield
Two tools: a step-by-step walk that raises the shield before you join public Wi-Fi, and a quick check that tells you whether a hotspot deserves your trust.
Raise the shield — step by step
What happens next:One step at a time. Read it, do it, then tap Next. You can go back whenever you like.
Check a hotspot before you trust it
What happens next:Answer three questions about the network in front of you, and the program gives a plain verdict.
Verdict
How the Secured Network fits
The shield above is the member's part of her own secured network: a private network carried through the app over whatever connection you already have, so your traffic travels guarded end to end and nothing about you is broadcast. In public places the shield is the whole habit — right network, no auto-join, encrypted path first, sign-in page checked, network forgotten. Two more public-space habits stand with it: charge from your own cable and plug rather than a public USB port (a public port can reach into a phone), and keep Bluetooth and file-sharing off in crowds, where strangers' devices can ask yours to connect.
The network's phone — with its direct service buttons, family-chosen location for kids and elders, built-in lifeline, and Owner-Only Unlock — rides on this network for members. The same phone design also stands in the Locked-Out Program for people with identity issues — the same protection, carried in both places.
Program — Owner-Only Unlock: Set & Practice Your Key
No PIN to be watched. No fingerprint, face, or eye scan to be copied or cloned. You choose three picture-words in an order only you know — then practice opening with them while the tiles shuffle, the way they will every time.
What happens next:First you set your key by tapping three tiles in your order. Then the practice board shuffles and you tap the same three, in the same order, to open. Your key is held only in this page's memory while it is open — nothing is saved, sent, or stored, and closing the page clears it.
1 · Set your key — tap three picture-words, in your order
No key set yet. Tap three different tiles — choose pictures you can see in your mind, in an order that tells a small story only you would tell.
2 · Practice opening — the tiles have shuffled
Set your key above first — then this board wakes up.
The cascade checklist — when one thing is compromised, check them all
What happens next:This unlock was designed inside the Locked-Out Program, for people whose identity was stolen. When one door is hacked, the rest are usually tried right after — so the program walks the whole list in order. Work it here the same way: each line — lock it, mark it, start its door.
How it connects: in the Locked-Out Program, this same unlock guards the phone of a person rebuilding after identity theft — their proof packet, dispute tracker, and standing record travel with them, and the program's doors (bank accounts, housing, benefits, health, utilities, identification, education, faith, digital identity, transportation) each run: find the blocking record → build and send the dispute with the packet → open the second door that works now → track it until the door is marked open. Here in the Fortress, the unlock itself is the member program in front of you, with its cascade checklist above.
Why this shape: a PIN can be watched, written down, or demanded as numbers; a fingerprint or eye scan is your body turned into a key, and copies of it cannot be changed like a password. A picture-word order lives only in your memory — there is nothing on the phone to copy, and you can choose a new key whenever you like. Laws about device access differ from place to place; this program teaches and lets you practice the method, and gives no legal advice. In the full Fortress system, safety and emergency help stay reachable even while a phone is locked — help is never behind the lock.
Program — Phone & Plan Smarts Navigator
Three tools: the true cost of a plan before anyone signs, lease-end maths done for you, and a warranty tracker with the data-rescue walk before any swap.
1 · The true cost of a plan
What happens next:Fill in what a store quoted you. The program adds the pieces stores quote separately and shows the real monthly and yearly cost.
Your true cost
2 · Lease-end tracker — return, buy, or upgrade
What happens next:Enter the lease dates and prices from your agreement. The program counts the days left and does the return-versus-buy maths.
Your lease picture
3 · Warranty tracker & rescue-your-data walk
What happens next:Tell the program what you bought and when. It works out the day coverage ends and how many days are left — then, if a swap is coming, it walks you through saving your data first.
Your window
Before any swap — rescue your data, in order
4 · Read your bill, line by line
What happens next:Walk your real bill beside this list. Every charge gets named; anything you do not recognize becomes a question to take to the carrier — and the carrier call log below keeps the answer.
5 · Before you sign anything — the store checklist
6 · Trouble paths — the carrier call record
Billing disputes, charges for services never received, unreachable voicemail (your Check Three records stand beside this log) — when you call the carrier, write it down here. Names and times are the record an unresolved dispute is won with.
Call recorded
Customer Protection stands in this navigator: how customers are protected at retail — your information stays yours at the counter, nothing is added to an account without your plain agreement, and any “protection” add-on is explained with its real price before it is sold — and how to spot the moment a sale stops protecting you. Your carrier is always the official source for its own rules; this navigator teaches the questions, never invents a carrier's policy.
Program — Getting Through the System Navigator
Pick your situation and your own place. The program lays out the steps in order, tracks what is done, and always shows what comes next. Process guidance in plain words; education only, never legal advice.
What happens next:Choose a situation, type your place in your own words, and tap “Lay out my steps.” Offices, fees, and deadlines differ by place — the steps always send you to your own place's official source for those, never a guess here.
The deadline keeper
What happens next:Enter a date that matters — a filing deadline, an appeal window, a renewal. The keeper counts the days and writes it into your member record.
Deadline kept
When the answer is no — the appeal path
An appeal is a normal step, not a fight. This is process guidance in plain words — education only, never legal advice.
Program — Builder Tools
Answer plain questions and the tool builds the finished thing on your own device — a media kit, an ADU plan, a used-car inspection report, or a social media starter. Copy it or download it; it is yours.
What happens next:Pick a builder, fill its short form, and tap Build. Your finished piece appears below, ready to copy or download. Nothing is sent anywhere.
Copied.
Program — Course Rooms
Short lessons to read or hear, in the order you choose. Every lesson carries its full words on the page — listen with the Hear button, read along, mark it finished, move when you are ready. No timers, no pressure.
What happens next:Pick a course room. Its lessons appear below, each with its full text and a Hear button — then a Practice section lets you try the skill on real moments and get feedback.
Practice — try the skill yourself
What happens next:Three real moments from this course. Read each one, choose what you would do, and the program answers back with what that choice does. No score is kept — this is rehearsal, not a test.
Door Two — For Businesses
For businesses and organizations that must train their people and keep the proof. The system teaches, tests, and records — in your hands, on your devices, into your member record.
The Training System With Records — foundation, communications, security curriculumThree parts, plus combinations. Part One sets the Safe Workspace foundation: no social media ever, content blocking, no personal contact information, NDAs, disclosures and trigger warnings, no outside technology. Part Two sets the communication rules: internal-only email with written consent, a metadata record, the emergency breakthrough to law enforcement and 911, internal-only company phones with a signed recording waiver — and every company's choice of Full Confidentiality or Full Access. Part Three is the security curriculum. Modules combine across sections into one path with one record. Your people train inside the app: calm tap-through teaching points — read, or heard aloud — a test at the end, and a completion record written into the member record as each person finishes, for your files. Training rooms: Cybersecurity Awareness for staff; Active Shooter Awareness and Robbery Prevention — awareness and preparedness only, official public guidance, nothing graphic, nothing sudden; Loss Prevention for stores, with customer protection at the counter; Working With Everyone — supporting workers with disabilities, supporting Muslim colleagues at work, inclusive language, and healing workplaces; and HR Basics — the guidelines every employer should know, and the cost of ignoring employee feedback.Stands behind it: Building a Cybersecurity Awareness Program; Active Shooter Awareness Training (Bunker Hill Community College, 2016) and Robbery Prevention & Active Shooter Response (2018) — two separate certificates, two separate rooms; Customer Protection Review; Supporting Workers with Disabilities (×4); HR Guidelines Everyone Should Know; and the full Working With Everyone set.
Website Watch — fifteen watchesFifteen watches, worked by you in the app and logged into your record: up or down; changed without you; injected content; certificates and the domain name; address records; blacklist and safety flags; forms still yours; alerts your way; first steps when something fires; the watch log; broken links; spelling and grammar — flagged for your approval, never changed without it; emojis in hyperlinks; the content restriction scan; and redirections, with VPN behavior read by the act, never by the tool. The integrity fingerprint tool catches any change the moment you compare. The same fortress system that guards the owner's own apps, in your hands.Stands behind it: Learning the OWASP Top 10, Cybersecurity Foundations, Leveraging Security Metrics in Your Organization, and Microsoft Security Copilot (incident response).
Assessments that score themselvesAnswer and tap through the checks; the system scores live in the app and shows what to fix first. Cloud & AI Security — what your cloud settings and AI tools can see, keep, and share. Business Security Program — your program, your vendors, your board-level picture. Workplace — ethics, inclusion, and how your team works together. Green Business — where waste and energy savings hide.Stands behind it: CCSP Cert Prep: 5 Cloud Security Operations; LLM Security; Microsoft Security Copilot; Building and Managing a Cybersecurity Program; CISO Foundations; Cybersecurity Outsourcing: Vendor Selection and Management; the ethics and inclusion set; Sustainability as an Innovation Opportunity.
Builder Tools for businessTap through plain questions and the tool builds it from your answers: an employee handbook builder (with its own plain line — have a lawyer review your finished handbook), a press release and media kit builder, and a business plan builder with a decision-making module for clearing noise and bias out of choices. Drafts built from your own answers — education tools, never legal advice.Stands behind it: Human Resources: Creating an Employee Handbook (×3); How to Write a Press Release; Media Relations Foundations; Launch Your Product to the Press; Acing Your Strategy; Removing Noise and Bias from Strategic Decision-Making.
Practice SimulatorsThe computer plays the other side, so your people rehearse safely before the real moment: a negotiation, a media interview, a press question, a hard conversation — and spot-the-phishing practice against realistic scam messages. Practice happens on the person's own device; nothing is recorded or sent anywhere.Stands behind it: the five negotiation certificates; Media Training Essentials; the speaking set; Cybersecurity Awareness: Phishing Attacks and Social Engineering.
The Crisis SystemFor the day something goes wrong. Open it during a breach or ransomware attack and it walks your business in order — who to tell, what to say, in what order — drafting each notice from your answers as you go, written before panic can make the decisions. Communication help only: the system tells you plainly to call your insurer and a lawyer; it never gives legal advice.Stands behind it: Crisis Communication Planning After a Ransomware or Other Cybersecurity Attack, and the Public Relations set — Foundations, Mistakes to Avoid, and personalizing your strategy.
The Yearly Company PlanA church, company, or community organization takes the whole Fortress system from the Fortress for its people for a year: the trainings and their records, the checkups, the builders, the assessments — with the Training combinations rule applied to its own people. The plan is held by the Fortress and runs from the Fortress itself — nothing is copied, hosted elsewhere, or transferred — and organizations renew it by the year, only if they choose to.One plan per organization, taken from the Fortress, renewed by the year — the business door, opened to a whole community at once.
The business systems — Program Builder, Board Room, Vendor Check, Team System, Clear Decision Builder, Communications Strategy BuilderSix working systems standing on the deeper bench of her business credentials: a guided builder that assembles a company's whole awareness program; security explained upward to a board in a summary built from the company's own answers; the vendor questions and comparison sheet to complete before any signature; a team health check that shows what ignored feedback costs; a structured decision walk that names noise and bias before the decision is recorded; and a communications plan builder — audiences, messages, rhythm, and the mistake-checks. Each one is a working program below, and each writes into the member record.Stands behind them: Building a Cybersecurity Awareness Program; Building and Managing a Cybersecurity Program; CISO Foundations; Leveraging Security Metrics; Cybersecurity Outsourcing: Vendor Selection and Management; Talent Management; Dream Teams; The Cost of Ignoring Employee Feedback; Removing Noise and Bias from Strategic Decision-Making; Creating a Communications Strategy; and the public relations set.
The working programs for this door. Open any program and use it right here. Each one shows what happens next before you choose anything.
Program — The Business Training System
Pick a training room. The program teaches three short points, then gives a five-question test. You see only your final score and pass or not yet — answers are never shown. Pass, and the program writes your completion record on the spot.
What happens next:Choose a room and tap Start. Teaching first, then the test, then your result — one step at a time. A record here is a record of training taken in the Fortress — never a state license or certification.
The test — five questions
Choose one answer per question. Your score comes at the end; no answers are marked along the way.

Certificate of Completion — Fortress Business Training
This record shows training taken in the Fortress. It is a record of training taken here — never a state license or certification. Training is education only.
The Training System — Parts One to Three, and Combinations
What happens next:The training rooms above teach your people. This part sets up the system itself for your business: the foundation, the communication rules with your company's own choice, the security curriculum, and combinations — each worked here and written into the record.
Part One — The Safe Workspace foundation
Seven rules every company in this system stands on. Work each one: it is either in place at your business, or it becomes a step to set.
Part Two — Communication rules, and your company's choice
Email is internal only. Employees communicate with each other inside the business; they cannot email outside people. Attachments are restricted — no images, no audio — because using anyone's image or voice takes permission first. Where a business uses them in training, it holds proper written consent — written in person, on paper, the original, with an electronic copy as backup — in a consent record. One person in charge may send outside email, on a secured network, and it has to be approved. For records, the business holds a metadata record — every IP address and the address each message was sent to, with time and date — never the content; technical support and cybersecurity staff can trace from it, and law enforcement if they need to.
The emergency breakthrough stands above every rule: policy never traps anyone — every person has a way to send an emergency message OUT to law enforcement and 911 services, breaking through the no-outside rule whenever they need to.
Company phones are internal only — no outgoing calls outside the company, and no permission path around it. Company lines carry call logs and call histories, and voices are recorded because it is a company line — with a signed waiver, so people know. And every person learns to use the virus protection scanning and device security at work — taught and practiced, not assumed.

The written consent record
Part Three — The security curriculum
Eleven teachings every person in the system learns. Mark each one as your business teaches it — the marks stand in the record as your curriculum tracker.
Combinations — modules join across sections
Training does not have to come one section pure. Tap modules from any two sections and the builder assembles ONE combined path with ONE combined record per person — every module in it listed, each marked complete as finished. The company chooses its combination; nothing is forced as a single fixed bundle.

Program — Website Watch
Three working tools: a six-question self-check that reports what to fix first, an integrity fingerprint tool — make a fingerprint of a page today, compare it later, and know at once if anything changed — and the fifteen watches, worked as a full round that builds your watch log.
1 · Site self-check
What happens next:Answer for your site as it stands today. The program scores it and puts the most important fix first.
Your Website Watch report
2 · Integrity fingerprint
What happens next:Paste the words of any page of your site below and tap “Make the fingerprint.” The fingerprint is made on your device — nothing is sent anywhere. Save it in your own records. Later, paste the page again and tap “Compare” — if even one letter changed, the fingerprint will not match.
3 · The fifteen watches — your watch round and alert log
What happens next:Work the fifteen watches in order, marking each one Holding or Flag — needs action as you check it by the way named. Then build the watch log: every flag becomes an entry in your member record, with its first step. Honest frame, printed here as it stands in the program: the Watch detects and alerts from the public side plus whatever access you give it — it does not enter, repair, or block anything on its own. Repair steps are walked with you or your own tools.
Your watch log
Program — Assessments That Score Themselves
Five checks — Cloud & AI Readiness, the deep Cloud Check, the Business Program Check, the Workplace Inclusion Check, and the Green Business Check. Rate each statement honestly; the program scores it live and shows what to fix first.
What happens next:Pick an assessment. For each statement choose “In place,” “Partly,” or “Not yet.” Then tap Score it — your lowest statements become your fix-first list.
Program — Builder Tools for Business
An employee handbook builder, a press release & media kit builder, and a business plan builder with a decision-making module. Drafts built from your own answers — education tools, never legal advice.
What happens next:Pick a builder, answer its questions, and tap Build. Your draft appears below, ready to copy or download.
Copied.
Program — Practice Simulators
The computer plays the other side, so your people rehearse safely: spot-the-phishing against realistic scam messages, a media interview, and a hard conversation. Practice stays on the person's own device — nothing is recorded or sent anywhere.
What happens next:Pick a practice. Each round, read the moment and choose your move. The program answers back with what that choice does — calmly, with no score kept and no record made.
Program — The Crisis System
For the day something goes wrong. The program walks you in order — the first-hour walk, who to tell, what to say — drafts your holding statement and notices from your answers as you go, keeps the timeline record as it unfolds, and ends with the recovery checklist. Communication help only: call your insurer and a lawyer; this system never gives legal advice.
What happens next:Answer the first two questions and tap Begin. The program lays out your first moves in order. Work down the list, marking each one done; then it drafts your customer notice and your team note, ready to copy.

The timeline record — kept as you go
What happens next:As the incident unfolds, add each moment: the time, what happened or what was decided, and who was told. This timeline is the record an insurer, a bank, or law enforcement will ask for — the program keeps it in order and writes it into your member record.
Copied.
After — the recovery checklist
When the first day is over, recovery runs in this order — and its lessons pass feeds straight back into the Training System, so the same day does not happen twice.
Program — The Yearly Company Plan
Shape a year of the whole Fortress for your church, company, or community organization. The plan is taken from the Fortress — the Fortress holds it and runs it. The planner gathers your choices and writes your plan summary — what your people get, and what happens next.
What happens next:Tell the planner about your organization and tap the parts you want included. It writes your plan summary below. The plan runs from the Fortress itself — nothing is copied, hosted elsewhere, or transferred — and your organization renews it by the year only if it chooses to.
Include in the plan — tap to choose

Program — The Program Builder for Businesses
Assemble your company's whole security awareness program: who trains, in what, on what rhythm, with what records. The builder takes your answers and writes the program out whole.
What happens next:Answer four questions and tap Build. Your program appears below, ready to copy — and a copy is written into your member record.

Program — The Board Room
Security explained upward. Choose the measures your owners or board actually watch, answer three plain questions, and the Board Room builds a board-ready summary from your own answers.
What happens next:Tap the measures you track, answer honestly, and tap Build. The summary speaks in the board's language: risk, cost, and what changed.
Measures we report — tap to include

Program — Vendor Check
Before you sign with any security, phone, or software vendor: the questions that must be asked, worked as a checklist — then a comparison sheet built from the answers you gather.
What happens next:Ask each question of every vendor you are considering. A vendor who will not answer in writing has answered. Then build the comparison sheet.
Copied.
Program — The Team System
Hiring to growing, and the team health check: your people answer, and the system shows the pattern — including what ignored feedback is costing. Working With Everyone stands inside this system as its own named module.
What happens next:Rate each statement as your team would honestly rate it. The check scores the pattern and names the cost — a low score is a map, not a judgment.
Your team pattern
The hiring-to-growing path
Program — Clear Decision Builder
A structured decision walk for leaders: the options, the facts separated from the noise, the bias named out loud, and the decision recorded with its reasoning — so it can be revisited honestly later.
What happens next:Fill the walk in order. The builder assembles your decision record below and writes it into your member record.
Copied.
The standing rule of this builder: write the answers, wait a night, then decide. Noise is loudest in the first hour; facts are still facts in the morning. The Negotiation Practice simulator pairs with this builder — rehearse the conversation before you have it.
Program — Communications Strategy Builder
Build an organization's or a creator's whole communications plan: audiences, core messages, a calm rhythm, and the mistake-checks run before anything goes out. It stands beside the Press Release & Media Kit Builder — that one makes the piece; this one makes the plan the pieces live in.
What happens next:Answer for your organization, tap Build, and your strategy appears whole — with the mistake-check list attached, the way the Crisis System's words are checked before they are sent.

The payment structure
How money moves in the Fortress — the whole structure, plainly. There are exactly two ways in, and they are the two ways everything in this app earns.
One membership, two doorsHomes hold one membership through Door One; businesses hold one membership through Door Two. One membership opens the whole Fortress on that side — the programs are never sold piece by piece, and there is no second store, no separate product shelf, and nothing sold anywhere else.
The yearly Company PlanAn organization that wants the whole Fortress for its people takes the Company Plan for a year at a time, shaped in the planner above. The plan is taken from the Fortress, held by the Fortress, and renewed by the year only if the organization chooses.
How a payment movesA member pays the payment company directly. The payment company handles the card, takes its small service share from each payment as it arrives, and the rest reaches the Fortress's own business account. No card number is ever entered into, seen by, or held in this app, and nothing is ever charged to the owner — every cost of running the Fortress is carried by what its members have already paid in.
The payment path is guardedThe payment path is checked for protection as part of the Fortress's own security review of its systems — the same standard the Fortress teaches: the guarded path, the verified page, nothing sensitive typed anywhere it does not belong. Suspicious activity on the path is treated as a security matter and reported through the Fortress's own channels.
If a payment stopsAccess closes. No chasing, no letters, no debt. The member joins again the same way, and the doors reopen the same way.
Kept separate, alwaysThe Fortress is its owner's own company. Its money stands entirely apart — its own accounts, its own records — and moves only through the structure on this page.
Fortress Credit and gift cards
Fortress Credit is prepaid. It is not a credit card, and nothing is borrowed. You add money to your own Fortress Credit ahead of time, and your memberships and services draw from it as they come due — so your own bank card is not charged month after month. Whatever is left is always yours, and every draw is written in your record.
A Fortress gift card carries value that spends only inside the Fortress. Buy one for yourself, or for someone else. It reaches you the way you choose: a code by email, ready to give, or a printed card mailed to you. Whoever holds the code enters it, and the value lands in their Fortress Credit, ready for anything on this page. Fortress gift cards stay valid for at least five years.
Fortress Credit and gift cards open together with Fortress membership payments.
Future design — a design the Fortress holds and sells as a design
The Air Safety Design
This section is a design proposal, stated exactly as that. The Fortress designs it; the Fortress never operates it. Each country's own military or aviation authority buys the design, takes it over, and runs it themselves, on their own ground, their own way.
The two systems share a structure of alerting and nothing else: separate builds, separate keys, nothing of the military core ever present in the civilian system. The reason stands as the rule's ground: if everyone who works on regular planes held the same system, they would know how the military's security signal works — and that breach must never exist. Tap either system above to read its shape.
The diversity principleNo two places share the same coding structure. What is created is different for different countries; United States bases in other countries carry builds of their own, distinct from the country around them and from each other. Same protective principles everywhere; different build, different keys, different structure per country and per base — alternated, never static. If one place is ever compromised, the compromise opens nothing anywhere else.
The Cabin Guardian — a security checkup in three beatsBefore takeoff, while in the air, and before landing — and awake between the beats, because anything can be switched off during a flight and on again before landing. Each beat sweeps the cabin and the aircraft's own signal space for unauthorized or aircraft-imitating signals: rogue transmitters, fake hotspots mimicking aircraft systems, spoofing devices. On a flag, a dual alert fires to the captain and to home base together, naming where in the cabin the signal sits — and security is alerted with the alert, so they can act at once.
The blocker — aimed only at the rogue signalOn top of detection, a blocker stops the one signal that does not belong — the signal meant to activate what should never activate. The design's first rule, absolute: the blocker never touches the signals that operate the plane or its communications. Those always work, with proper communication, no exceptions. What is blocked is only the extra, harmful signal.
The shutdown layers — and the honest limitLayer one: the signal never arrives — most remote activation needs a signal to reach the device, and the blocker closes that only door. Layer two: containment for what has no signal door — a hardened containment place on the aircraft (aviation already designates least-risk positions and hardened containers) where crew move a suspect device on the alert. Layer three: land, now — the dual alert carries the shutdown and containment state, and the aircraft diverts to the nearest field where the specialists are. The honest limit, printed and never hidden: a device built to fire with no signal at all — a timer already running, a switch in a hand — cannot be switched off remotely by any system known today. No design may promise otherwise. The protection for that case is detection before takeoff, containment, and landing.
Protected travel and suppliesThe same layered system, purposed for the most targeted flights: presidents and leaders of nations who must travel while others try to attack them; ambassadors; military deployment flights carrying troops, including jump aircraft where a full cabin of soldiers has no room for one compromised device; and supply flights carrying what the troops need. Each protected-travel installation is its own build under the diversity principle — a leader's system is never a copy of anyone else's.
The hostile governor — a mechanism, not a personA governor is a mechanism — like the governor on a vehicle that takes over its control. The fear this design answers: a planted mechanism that seizes an aircraft's control and shuts everything down at once. The answer, in layers: the pre-takeoff checkup includes a physical-and-signal sweep for any foreign mechanism attached to or bridging into aircraft systems — found on the ground, there is no takeoff. The isolation rule is absolute: no add-on device may ever bridge into flight controls. Redundancy stands as a required standard: separated, independent backup paths for control, power, and braking that no single device can reach all at once, and a manual way for pilots to fly that no mechanism can take from them. In flight, if control behavior ever departs from the pilots' commands, the dual alert fires at once and names which system disagrees.
Honest limits, printedFlight controls are not connected to the internet or the passenger network — that isolation already exists, and it is the protection; this design proposes it be absolute in law and certification, with verified, signed signals only for anything that talks to an aircraft. Signal blocking is restricted by law and belongs only to authorized aviation, law-enforcement, and military operators running it themselves — never a passenger feature, never run by the Fortress. Real deployment belongs to airlines, militaries, and aviation certification. The Fortress's part is the design and the proposal — designs she holds and sells as designs, each buyer building and running their own.
Every credential, named
The whole wall, family by family: 145 certificates across 102 subjects, reviewed one by one with the owner, plus verified additions and the credential documents she holds. Where a title was earned in more than one version, the count stands beside its name. Every credential is shown with the program it powers — that is the structure of the Fortress: nothing here floats free of the training behind it. Every one of the 102 subjects works for its living here — each powers a program members use, and the four career subjects teach as Course Rooms like every other room.

Every subject on the owner's wall stands behind a working Fortress system. There are no closed rooms in the Fortress and nothing on the wall is held back: if it is named above, it powers something a member uses.
The four career subjects teach as Course RoomsCybersecurity Careers and Certifications, IT Service Desk Careers and Certifications, Land Your First Cybersecurity Job, and Building Your Cybersecurity Talent Pipeline stand in the Course Rooms program as their own rooms — taught virtually, tap-through, inside the membership like every other room.
Her professional record stands behind the teachingThe credential documents on the wall are part of the owner's professional record, and the trust, leadership, and ethics teaching built on her whole record is Fortress training, inside the Training System like everything else.
The foundation credentials work tooHer vocational diploma anchors the Car Basics Course Room beside her Automotive Technology training; the confidentiality know-how in her record teaches the NDA module in Training Part One; her carrier badge and device trainings carry Phone & Plan Smarts. Foundation, history, and work are the same wall here.
The one difference: nothing hands-onThe Fortress is fully virtual. No alarm or security-system installation, no medical services, no investigation services — nothing is done by hand, in person, anywhere. The Fortress teaches, checks, watches, and builds, inside the app.
